You have as long as you need. However you must keep your account live by accessing it once in 12 months. After that the challenge and account are removed.
When signing up you are paying to enter the challenge. If you start your challenge you are no longer eligible to a refund. if you change your mind within 14 days of signing up you are entitled to a full refund.

We do, but we are not a tech company. Our offer is great value motivation with an app that makes keeping track of your progress easier. You can access your challenge via the website or app. This means sharing live data so please allow time for the app to load your challenges.
