Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ultimatechallenge.co. For personalised items we are not able to offer a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Items must be returned to us to be able to be valid for a refund.

For non personalised items if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

For challenges, entry fee is to enter the challenge. Awards, rewards and other items sent on completion of a challenge are done so in kind, as a reward. These are not purchased.

You have 14 days from when you join a challenge to have a full refund as long as the challenge has not yet been started. If after 14 days a refund may not be possible. Where there is grounds we may offer credit or an extension to a challenge if required.

If your t-shirt or other clothing items, sent on completion of a challenge and therefore outside the normal returns timeframe, does not fit we are able to replace this after you have returned the original in its packaging. We do not offer free returns.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our website and all information, content, materials, products, and services provided on or through our website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, products, or services provided on or through our website.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information

We store your information for 36 months after you have purchased a product or service, or accessed the website. This is then removed from our database. You have the right at anytime to ask us to remove all your data.
